Monday's Liverpool transfer rumours: Nabil Fekir, Adrien Rabiot, Timo Werner

The latest Liverpool transfer talk with less than two weeks left until Deadline Day.

Nabil Fekir admits he is still interested in a transfer to Liverpool months on from his failed £53m move to the Reds.

He told Le Progres: "Discussions are ongoing. I have sat down with the president, things are advancing slowly. When will I take a decision? I am not fixing myself a date, I am not in a rush. Nobody is putting any pressure on it and I like to take my time.

"I do not know [how long I will stay]. Last year was supposed to be my last, and in the end I'm still here.
"I cannot know the answer to this. I am happy at Lyon, but which player doesn't dream of discovering a new league, another club?"

Adrien Rabiot continues to be linked to Liverpool and PSG's captain Thiago Silva said after the Ligue 1 champions' 9-0 win over Guingamp on Saturday that he is set on leaving the club in this window.

"A mistake to let him leave? I do not say that he is," he told Telefoot .
"He made his decision and the club in turn took its own. He is a good boy. But he made his choice and we must respect it. Now, we need to work for a midfield that can help us without Rabiot."

Timo Werner continues to be linked with a move to Liverpool - as well as Bayern Munich - but RB Leipzig's manager Ralf Rangnick has played down the chances of the striker leaving in the near future.

He told Sky in Germany : "If Bayern are serious, then it will be difficult for us. But they often play with one striker, so I see him staying with us for the next two or three years."
The Liverpool Ech o claims the Reds are eager to offload Lazar Markovic this month, but the midfielder did feature for the U23s at the weekend.

The Serbia international is still on the books at Anfield and reportedly earns around £50,000-a-week, despite spending recent seasons away from the club on loan.
